“No momento em que escrevo este texto não faço a mínima ideia de qual vai ser o resultado desta parelha. Foi essa uma das coisas que me atraíram neste convite. Reduzir as canções ao essencial e oferecê-las a uma outra linguagem como sacrificando um animal a um qualquer deus da brincadeira. As músicas não valem nada sem quem as toca, são como peúgas vazias com olhos abotoados à espera de uma mão que as anime. "At the moment I write this text I have no idea what the outcome of this collaboration will be. That was one of the things that inspired me to accept the invitation. To reduce the songs to their essence and offer them to another language, like sacrificing an animal to a playful god. The songs are worth nothing without the people that perform them; they are like empty socks with buttoned eyes waiting for a hand that animates them. I have a dozen of them that I hope are elastic, and if they are not, may they break."
